Please keep in mind that all RAL colors which we have already matched, like this one, currently have a lead time of approximately 1 weeks before we ship. This can increase during busy holidays, etc. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before ordering.

Color on Demand is colorFabb's unique service where we produce custom colors and the widest available range of RAL colors as PLA filament in the world. For now, this service is limited to PLA only. As for print settings you can start out with the PLA settings on your printer and go from there. If you are in doubt, please contact our support desk for more information.

Printing Advice

At colorFabb we have a well equipped 3d printing studio with a lot of popular 3d printers. We know our materials will give you excellent results and to help you get these results here are tips and tricks for using colorFabb 3d printing filament.

Advised 3D printing temperature
195C-220C

Advised 3d print speed
40 - 100 mm/s

Advised Heated bed
50-60C (if you have one, not strictly necessary)

Cooling fan
100% fan cooling for best aesthetics, this gives best performance on overhangs and small details. For best mechanical performance try printing with the least amount of cooling needed, for optimal layer adhesion.

LEADTIME!

Every Color On Demand product is made to order, lead times vary depending on the product.

*Matched RAL colors

These colors have already been matched and can be produced withing 5-8 business days after receival of payment.

*Color On Demand – RAL

These colors have not yet been matched. Our team will develop the color formulation after which the order can be produced. Leadtime 2-3 weeks after receival of payment.

*Color On Demand – Custom

A custom color request will first need to be assessed by our team. We will respond within 24 hours after receival of the application form.
Our team will develop the color formulation after which the order can be produced. Leadtime 2-3 weeks after receival of payment.

Black blue RAL 5004

This page presents RAL color 5004, commonly called Black Blue. It belongs to the Blue hues group in the RAL Classic spectrum. This pigment is available as PLA 3D printing filament in precise RAL-matched shades. In other languages this RAL color is known as Zwartblauw (Dutch), Schwarzblau (German), Bleu noir (French), Azul negruzco (Spanish), Blu nerastro (Italian).
