This data is kept at financial processing companies like Multisafepay and Paypal. colorFabb BV is in possession of documents that proof customer data is protected according to the highest standards.

colorFabb BV uses the data to initially complete orders and for its own marketing purposes. These marketing purposes will all be related to 3D printing and originate from colorFabb BV. Data is entered into systems from certain selected partners. Example 2: A potential customer wants to purchase a printer but the customer is located outside the territory where colorFabb is allowed to sell said printer - we will forward the request to the manufacturer of the printer.

colorFabb is a sister company of Helian Polymers (additives, masterbatches and bioplastics) and Blackbelt BV (3D printers). Whenever applicable we will share data between these companies to provide for a complete service.

At any time you can receive a summary of the data that colorFabb BV has in it systems. If requested we can remove names and addresses from our systems to a certain extent, but this will mean that a new account has to be made for a next purchase.
