LW-PLA

LW-PLA is colorFabb's lightweight PLA filament with unique active foaming technology, allowing you to create up to 65% lighter 3D prints than with standard PLA. As the filament expands during extrusion, you can produce lightweight parts with a smooth, matte surface while using less material. By adjusting the print temperature and flow rate, you can control the amount of foaming to balance weight, strength and detail. LW-PLA is widely used for RC aircraft, drones, cosplay, props, architectural models, prototypes and other weight-sensitive applications.
