Great workhorse PETG
I bought this as a basic workhorse filament. I am a Prusa user so higher temp filaments print easily and well. This came out with a lovely silky finish and a gorgeous surface. Adhesion to any kind of plate with no warping. Minimal stringing. Parts were strong - I of the first things I printed was a spool holder as the spools for these are 30cm in diameter. It worked fine - It sagged very slightly but think that was due to the slicing. I bought in black and white - both were really nice to look at and made good parts.
Highly recommended - a tip would be to print off a suitable print holder straight away as this is large and heavy.

Great stuff!
Love this as my workshorse PETG. On my Lulzbot (3mm filament) I print at 243°C, with retraction settings of 1.5 mm at 15 mm/s. Any extensive parts in the x/y plane I normally turn combing off avoid a “pilling“ that can come out of the sidewalls occasionally.

Build plate at 75°C, and although I have the option of a heated build chamber I normally leave the door open during the print. (Don’t know if that’s necessary with this particular PETG, but it’s a lesson that I learned using XT in the past)

Overall excellent filament at an excellent sticker price!… Now if we could just work on the shipping price would be in a really good spot!

Good work on this product.

fantastic glossy finish, minor strings
wow.. just wow.. run it on a cr10 at 241°C with fan on 30% on first 20 layers than to 60%.. 7mm retraction at 60mm/s prevents most stringing (not all, heat gun solves that problem afterwards ;)

Good value for money!
These PETG rolls of filament (also bought a roll off white) are of excellent quality, material properties (virtually no stringing!) and very good to print once you found the optimum print settings. On my UM3E a bed temperature of 80 degC and 235 degC hotend temperature (+5 for the first layer) do an excellent job. I'm about to order my 3rd roll of black. Review by Oscar (Posted on 1/9/2018)
