What is your question about?
After your order has left our warehouse, you can trace its whereabouts using the track & trace link sent to you by email. Please visit the DHL or FedEx website to enter your track & trace code.
If you haven’t received this information, please contact us with your order ID.
Your invoice is available in your order confirmation email and in your online account.

After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. This link allows you to follow your shipment via the carrier.

Depending on the case, we offer a replacement or credit.
LW-PLA is a foaming filament that expands during printing, allowing lightweight prints with adjustable density.
- Higher nozzle temperatures increase foaming resulting in a bigger line width without changing the line width setting in you slicer
- Lower temperatures reduce foaming and create a smaller line width without changing the line width setting in you slicer
- Flow settings affect part density.
- Results depend on printer and application.
- Start with the recommended LW-PLA settings.
- Fine-tune temperature and flow.
allPHA is a biopolymer-based material. Printing requires experience and careful tuning. With proper settings and adhesion sprays, successful prints can be achieved.

allPHA breaks down in soil, backyard compost, and marine environments without leaving microplastics.
- Biodegradability depends on environment and conditions.
- Claims must be interpreted in context and for the intended application.
The Silver variant contains silver-based additives that are commonly used in applications where hygiene and surface interaction are important. It is well-suited for exploratory, functional and research-driven projects where antimicrobial performance is being evaluated as part of the design process.

- Claims such as antibacterial or medical suitability depend on the final product
- Certification is the responsibility of the end use.
Color on Demand allows you to order PLA filament in custom colors.
- RAL colors: 180+ RAL colors, 750g or 2200g spools, approx. 5 business days lead time.
- Color matching: Send a sample or color code. Existing colors can often be produced without extra cost.
- Custom development: Available from a minimum order of 60 kg.
For many materials, we provide TDS and SDS, REACH / SVHC information, TSCA and Prop 65 statements (where applicable)
- Documentation applies to filament or granulate.
