We offer various shipping options depending on your destination, so you can choose what best fits your urgency and delivery needs (not in US & Canada, here we choose the best shipping option for you).
Shipping times are calculated from the moment your parcel leaves the colorFabb warehouse and are based on the estimated transit times provided by DHL.
We recommend downloading the DHL app to track your delivery and adjust delivery options if needed. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

When do you ship orders?
We ship daily and mostly from stock. Exceptions can apply to out-of-stock items and Color on Demand spools, which are custom-made orders.

What if an item is out of stock?
Please check stock levels when ordering. If an item is out of stock, new stock is usually produced within about 5–10 working days or sooner, and your order will be shipped once it is available.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking email with your Track & Trace code. Check the DHL website or download the DHL app to track your order.
If the tracking link appears inactive, please allow up to 12 hours for your shipment to become visible in the carrier network.
How long does shipping take?
Lead times depend on the shipping method and destination. The delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on carrier information and start from the moment your parcel ships.
Please note that customs delays, force majeure, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Can I pick up my order?
Customers in the Netherlands can choose to collect their order at colorFabb by selecting the “Pick up at colorFabb” option during checkout. It is not possible to shop at colorFabb, we don't have a showroom.
Customers from nearby regions in Germany or Belgium who would like to collect their order can contact us by email or phone. We’ll prepare your order for pickup at our location.
All pickup orders must be placed online and paid in advance. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming by.

DHL Europlus | Best for business deliveries in Europe
A strong option for the Benelux business market.
DHL Europlus is designed for B2B shipments and is suitable if:
- You deliver to companies
- Your packages weigh up to 31.5 kg
- Your packages meet the size 120 x 60 x 50 cm
- Minimum package size is 15 x 11 x 3.5 cm
DHL Parcel Connect | Flexible home delivery for consumers
In addition to DHL Europlus, DHL Parcel Connect is available for European B2C shipments to private addresses.
- Home delivery or parcel shop depending on country
- At least 1 delivery attempt, sometimes 2 on request
- Includes signature for receipt
DHL Service Point | Pickup nearby, no need to stay home
If you send parcels via a DHL ServicePoint, you are sure everything is handled properly. You can also choose to receive your package here. Handy if you don’t want to risk missing the delivery at home.
You’ll receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID.

Shipping to the UK (Brexit)
Orders to the UK are treated as international shipments.
- Import duties and/or British VAT may apply upon delivery, depending on the value and type of goods
- Additional customs processing may cause slight delays
- Business customers must provide a valid EORI and VAT number if applicable
These charges and procedures are determined by UK customs and are outside of our control.
Shipping to Russia
